STERN: This is another band that wanted to come down and see you. This is called Slipknot. Their new album is called "Livin' La Vida Loco"
ROBIN: Oh no!
ASSISTANT: These are the guys we needed security for...
STERN: These guys, right? 
ROBIN: Slipknot, "Livin' La Vida Loca?" 
STERN: "La Vida Loco"
ROBIN: "La Vida Loco?"
STERN: These guys might be crazy...I don't know

Little 5'3 JOEY enters balanced on SHAWN'S shoulders*, the others follow. Joey will remain on his shoulders for the whole interview. 

STERN: I've seen these guys...
SHAWN: Hi guys. Thanks for making us wait for fucking ever
STERN: Oh no, don't give any F words. Don't say the F word.
JOEY: I would like to say (to Stern??) that contributing to my age factor, I'm gonna have a beard and a comb by the time I walk out of this place
SHAWN: Wassup. You're the king man. We love you. 
STERN: Thank you. Now guys...
SHAWN:...We love you and your the king, and I brought presents.
STERN: Thank you...how many guys are in the band?
SHAWN: Errand boy won't let me bring my stuff, what's up?
STERN: How many guys are in the band?
SHAWN: There's nine guys in the band
STERN: Alright, so there are nine guys, and you guys wear clown masks?
SHAWN: No, there's no "clown masks", there is just one clown mask. One real clown, right here bro. 
STERN: Guys.,.alright, guys...
JOEY: We have...it's not ours, you will notice there is one clown mask in the band
STERN: Alright, "one clown mask in the band". Alright..so guys
ROBIN: You know these guys, ICP?
STERN: Do you know these guys? (I'm getting nervous) Do you know these guys? 
SHAGGY 2 DOPE shakes his head
VIOLENT J: Never heard of 'em
SHAWN: What's up guys?
STERN: So, are you mad at Insane Clown Posse? 
SHAWN: I got presents man...you won't let me bring them in.
MAN: If you don't pay attention, you are probably not going to get your point across.
STERN: Why are you guys mad at Insane Clown Posse?
JOEY: I don't believe any of us have ever met Insane Clown Posse.
STERN: Okay...
JOEY: We have nothing but respect for Insane Clown Posse, we've never met those guys, so I believe when you said on the radio earlier that we were mad at them..
STERN (holding his hands up): I thought you were. I thought that's why you came down here?
SHAWN: You heard wrong.
ROBIN: Then why are you here?
STERN:...Why are you here? 
SHAGGY 2 DOPE: I'll tell you one thing though, this band looks fresh as hell, right? 
STERN (as ROBIN laughs): They look good, right? 
VIOLENT J: That's what I am talkin' about! That's entertainment! You know what I'm sayin'?! That's a fresh look! 
SHAGGY 2 DOPE: Howard! Howard! It's a fact that nobody wants to see! Nobody wants to see some guy sit on a stool with a flannel tied around his waist playing an acoustic guitar. You know, that's entertainment!
(SHAGGY and JOEY point at each other)
STERN: Wow. This is a regular love fest, isn't it? 
SHAWN: Can I bring my presents in? 
STERN: No.
SHAWN: You are the King, I have nothing but respect for you
STERN: I don't need a present. I will get it later.
SHAWN: I'll keep it
STERN: Alright...so keep it
SHAWN: I'm not feeling like myself 
STERN: Alright, guys, so what is the point of you coming down here today? I want to understand it, yeah?
KC ARMSTRONG: Howard, this is a totally different thing that I am hearing now...
STERN: Really?
ARMSTRONG (cont): I heard that they hated them and that they wanted to come down and get all of them, they are all upset and everything like that. This is totally new to me.
STERN: Really? So guys, was that just a ruse to get on the air?
JOEY: I don't know who would have started that one, I think it's basically just a ploy to get us on this show. That's what I think it was.
STERN: I see..alright
(Everyone starts talking over each other, SHAWN says something about waiting for five hours.
STERN: I see. Well, I am sorry to keep you waiting, Insane Clown Posse was late. You guys do have a great look. 
SHAGGY 2 DOPE: We got thrown off The Family Values Tour, and now it's all out war...

Joey on Shawn's shoulders: He used to enter on stage like this at this time. Usually with Chris Fehn who once was leading Shawn by the hand, as he couldn't see thanks to Joey clinging on.

AKA the time Sid stole an interview without saying a word. Note about date and place - I am told this is in fact from an Ozzfest show. INTRODUCTIONS JOEY: I'm Joey from Slipknot.
